“Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in ALL things . They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither , but WE (do it to RECEIVE a CROWN of ETERNAL BLESSEDNESS) that cannot wither.” (1 Corinthians 9:25) AMP WHAT makes YOU TICK? TODAY, RIGHT NOW, RIGHT HERE, God is calling ALL Born-Again BELOVED BELIEVERS to a GREATER CONSECRATION. GOD wants US to spend more time in prayer more time in the Word . The Spirit of God the (HOLY SPIRIT) is saying to the FAITHFUL , natural things are taking up too much of your time —- things that are keeping YOU from more of God . (Hebrews 12:1) calls them “weights.” The HOLY SPIRIT is FAITHFUL to US and is telling US To make adjustments . WE MUST get up earlier in the morning to spend quality time with God before WE go out into this world and live your day to the fullest. God is SPEAKING to US about what is in our hearts ❤️ God loves US and He is SPEAKING to US saying, “Just put that aside . Lay it aside for a while. It’s taking up too much of your time , and too much of your thoughts . Think about it for a moment, what really makes you tick ? What is it that you think about when you wake up in the morning? What is it that’s the center of your attention in this life? Is it God and His Word and His Kingdom? Is it praying and obeying the HOLY SPIRIT ? I am telling YOU the truth , if it’s not , then YOU MUST make a change. God MUST BE the CENTER of YOUR LIFE. SEEK FIRST the kingdom of God . PLEASE don’t divide your loyalty and keep it for yourself . Keep yourself, your loyalty , your undivided attention on God . The ones who do this are THOSE who “WILL” live a successful spiritual life. A successful spiritual life “WILL” give YOU a successful natural life. Take off the “weights” attached to your feet ! Lay them aside and run with patience the race God has set before you. TODAY, RIGHT NOW, RIGHT HERE, GIVE GOD FIRST PLACE in your life. “Lay aside every weight and the sin which does so easily beset you and run the race with patience the race that is set before you.” (Hebrews 12:1). God has a much better plan for YOU. “BE FAITHFUL until death, and I “WILL” GIVE YOU the CROWN OF LIFE.” (Revelation 2:10) The HOLY SPIRIT is saying , “DO IT” It doesn’t take a cultured or an educated person to fill a position in God’s church. What God requires is for US to yield to a consecrated , Holy life , and in return God “WILL” make YOU a FLAME 🔥 of FIRE! Filled with the HOLY SPIRIT in every respect . YOU have no idea what God “WILL” do through YOU when YOU are totally filled with HIS SPIRIT. Every day and every hour and every moment , YOU “WILL” have the DIVINE LEADING of GOD. PLEASE take off the “weights” and go the rest of the distance! Love ❤️ You
